Aza is a Visionary!
Her transformational work spans well over 30 years of experience in coaching, training and teaching emoSHUNL ™ Intelligence to children, leaders, educators and parents.
Some of Aza’s creative works include SPEAK™ (Speaking Publicly Eliminates Another Killing™) A violence prevention program to honor the lives of her brother and his best friend, both victims of domestic violence “DV2™”. In conjunction with its educational component, S.N.I.T.C.H.™ (Saying Nothing Ignites Tragedies Choose to be Heard™), a violence prevention program for youth. As well as creating countless other life coaching programs like I’m Every Woman and the one that started it all, It’s You Girl! ™ mentoring program.

As Aza began to take stock of her life, she reflected on what she calls the process of “the KNOWing”. The process of the KNOWing is “…a constant F.L.O.W. ™ of resurrection, renewal and revival of me! It is a continued introspection, and I am comfortable in the sacred solace of that.”
Aza has inspired people to tap into their emoSHUNL ™ Intelligence and create immediate change in their lives. Her transformational work spans well over 30 years. With years of xPerience™ coaching, SPEAKing™, counseling, mentoring, training and teaching to children, leaders, educators and parents.
Aza is the mother of three change agents in their own rites and one poochie. In her spare time, she likes to; tap in with herself, co-create, sip grapes, and eLIVate! ™
